The convenience of these drum strips make testing so much simpler for her. And the tiny amount of blood needed has saved her a lot of pain in the fiddle with tips. These are relatively low-priced. She’s got Medicare, but at the local pharmacy, initially they say Medicare doesn’t cover this device/brand. But when she went with one that is on the pharmacy’s list of Medicare covered brands, the co-pay is about the same as buying these strips outright. Why should Medicare and Mom, pay for her testing when it doesn’t even save her a penny? A life saver here!

I had this item shipped to my cousin in Chicago who’d stopped testing her blood sugar because she couldn’t afford the test strips. Fortunately, I could afford to pay for this for her so I deeply appreciate the seller.

The initially vial of strips did not act well when initially placed in unit. I had to reload strip the unit kept rejecting as an error. But once reinstalled, they worked fine.

This is the 1st time I have used these…and it is so much simpler using the involuntary rotating drum – which I really like. You don’t have to worry about manually inserting your strips every day. You should really try them!! They are fantastic !!
